Miguel Cabrera and Torii Hunter both hit home runs to help the Tigers come from behind and beat the Oakland A's 6-5 at O.co Coliseum last night. Hunter tied the score with a solo shot in the seventh inning and Detroit manufactured the deciding run an inning later. Pinch-runner Rajai Davis took second base on a passed ball, stole third base, and scored on Austin Jackson's ground out. Joba Chamberlain and Joe Nathan both pitched a perfect inning to close the game. Tigers starter Max Scherzer allowed five runs in six innings and did not figure in the decision. John Jaso hit a two-run homer to power the Oakland offense.
