Police: Teen made threatening calls to mass shooting locations

STERLING HEIGHTS (WKZO) -- A Sterling Heights teenager is jailed on 50-thousand dollars bond for felony charges relating to menacing phone calls made to schools where shootings have taken place.

Dylan Alexander Clark is allegedly the person who called Arapahoe High School in the Denver area last month and threatened to burn the building down. Police Chief Michael Reese says the 17-year-old repeatedly contacted Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut the same day with a disturbing message.

Clark is accused of false report or threat of terrorism and using a computer to commit a crime, while also suspected in similar calls to Columbine High School and Virginia Tech University.
