If you’re enjoyed Phish ’s performance of all the tracks for their next studio album during their annual Halloween concert in Atlantic City last year, you’re in for a bit of a shock. Bassist Mike Gordon has revealed the new material they played, and the proposed Wingsuit title, may all be changed.
"What we did on Halloween was not exactly…it was a lot of what the album is, but not exactly the same of what it's going to be,” he tells Rolling Stone . “It might be a slightly different song selection and a slightly different title. It's not all figured out…I've been kind of out of the loop, although I am going back for something."
Your next opportunity to hear some new cuts from the band will be during their headlining performance at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, which will take place on April 26 in the Big Easy.
