DETROIT (WKZO) -- The Farmington Hills rap music duo Insane Clown Posse is suing the U.S. Justice Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation over an increase in scrutiny of their fans.  The litigation filed in Detroit federal court by the American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan alleges that supporters, who are known as Juggalos, are being treated as if they were criminal street gang members.  Juggalos were called a loosely organized hybrid gang in a 2011 Justice Department report, but the lawsuit contends law enforcement is violating First Amendment rights and collecting information without suspicion of criminal activity.
