LANSING (WKZO) -- The U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments on the re-opening of a northern Michigan casino in December.  The Bay Mills Indian Community wants justices to uphold a ruling by the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals that gave them the go-ahead to operate the casino, while the state is challenging the decision.  The office of Attorney General Bill Schuette argues the site in Vanderbilt is more than 100-miles from the tribe's reservation in the Upper Peninsula and the tribe broke federal law by opening the casino outside the reservation.
