DETROIT (WKZO) -- Detroit and Flint top yet another undesirable list.  According to the U.S. Census Bureau the cities rank first and second in the nation when it comes to child poverty rates.  In Detroit, 59-percent of the children live below the poverty line, while in Flint that figure is a tiny bit lower at 58-percent.
