Some top officials with the State’s Treasury Department are taking home heftier paychecks. A report on the Lansing State Journal confirms that some have received 80 to 90 percent pay raises. Including Jon Braeutigam, the state’s chief investment officer, who saw his pay jump recently from $175,000 a year to $333,000 per year. Other tops officials have received similar raises.
