LANSING (WKZO) -- It's looking highly unlikely that state lawmakers will vote on expanding civil rights laws to specifically include gay, lesbian and transgender residents.  According to a report on MIRS News, legislative sources are now saying action will have to wait until after the primary election in 2014 and the Michigan Republican Party convention.  One source indicates some Republican lawmakers who support the move don't feel comfortable being public about it until after the primary.
