While Black Rebel Motorcycle Club ’s seventh studio album, Specter at the Feast , won’t be released until March 19, the band is giving us something to tide us over until then. RollingStone.com is currently streaming every song from the upcoming release on its website.

Frontman Robert Levon Been reveals that making Specter at the Feast helped him recover from the loss of his father, The Call singer Michael Been , in August of 2010. “The only thing that felt good was just getting together, plugging in, and turning up loud as s**t,” said Been in a statement. “It was kind of this therapeutic process, playing really loud, and just feeling this energy; letting that be a release. It really helped us pull out of that darkest place that we were in.”

In addition to checking out  Specter at the Feast online, you can also download a free, three-track EP that features cuts from the release on the band’s website . The EP includes a studio version and a live performance of the album’s first single, a cover of The Call's “Let the Day Begin,” as well as another cut from Specter at the Feast titled “Returning.”
