PONTIAC (WKZO) -- Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette has announced charges of human trafficking against a 35-year-old Auburn Hills man.
Jackie Harris is accused of enticing a 16-year-old girl into helping him run a prostitution ring, then forcing her to become a prostitute herself. Harris was arrested in Warren on Wednesday by the Michigan State Police and Warren Police.
In addition to human trafficking charges, Harris is charged with two counts of prostitution and one count of running a criminal enterprise. Each charge carries a maximum of up to 20-years in jail.
