Amy Lee is suing her record label.

Evanescence singer Amy Lee is suing her longtime record label, asking for $1.5 million in unpaid royalties. In December, she sued her former manager for breach of fiduciary duty, professional negligence, sexual assault and battery, and several other claims. He has since filed a counter suit against Lee over unpaid commissions. Lee is now seeking $1.5 million from Wind-Up records claiming the label attempted to sabotage the band by appointing under-qualified promoters who lacked useful ideas. No official comment was made by Lee or her people. More  and more  and more
