Teething er no?

by Katie Schurk

I have been dreading this day.  Everyone has told me horror stories.  Any time my incredibly well mannered and chill child seems the slightest bit off we brace ourselves for it.  Teething.

The Brodester has been running a fever and been basically miserable for the last two days.  After taking him to the doctor we have come to the conclusion that my child has....a fever.  That is it.  I still think it is teething.  My doctor says no, since he is only 5 months.  But hey, why should I listen to my doctor.,,what do you guys think?

1. Multiple bowel movements (up to 5 a day)

2. Ridiculous amount of drooling (but that has been going on for about a month now)

3. Fever peaked at 102

4. spitting up more than usual

5. whiny, clingy, fussy

6. Didn't want to nurse last night (which has never happened)

Weigh in- just a fever or quite possibly teething?

My baby boy showing off the teeth that he doesn't have.  This was when his fever finally broke.
