Great Way to Relax After Any Workout

I'm big into Yoga lately. It's so much fun and relaxing too. (At times!!)

My favorite pose that is very popular is... Child's Pose. When I do Yoga boot camp I love when we do that pose! It's very relaxing!! Also its great to do that pose, when you are exhausted after or during a workout.

It allows your thighs to rest but its also great for back, shoulder, neck, and hip strain. 

How to do Child's Pose (Balasana):

Begin by kneeling on a yoga mat or the floor. Bring your knees together and your buttocks to your feet. Exhale and slowly rest your torso over your thighs so that your forehead touches the mat.
