Like instead of a Snickers bar, eat almonds and cocoa powder mixed together. Way less calories, plus you get protein, fiber, and more.
If you're a Skittles freak like I am, they suggest frozen grapes. I'm not sure about that one, but to each their own.
Could you see handing out bags of frozen grapes at the house this year for Halloween? That would go over spectacularly, I'm sure.
